About & Contact
My journey in photography began in high school, where picking up a camera sparked a lasting passion for capturing meaningful moments. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a career pursuit, driven by the excitement of seeing my work come to life and connect with others. At the University of Kansas, I expanded my creative skills through hands-on experience with the University Daily Kansan, documenting campus life, sports, and cultural events. Collaborating with writers to craft compelling visual stories, I took pride in seeing my images featured in print and online, helping engage and inform the KU community. Beyond the Kansan, I continued to refine my craft through roles with Dragon Tales Magazine and Hutchinson Community College, creating impactful visual content through photography, design, and digital storytelling. Today, as the Creative Producer at Visit Norman, I combine my passion for storytelling with strategic content creation to grow tourism and highlight the people, places, and events that make Norman a vibrant destination. From developing multimedia campaigns to producing photo and video content that captures the spirit of the city, I’m driven by the joy of bringing stories to life in ways that inspire connection and exploration.
